Bohol

After a few days in Moalboal, head to Bohol.
How i get there?
Went back to Cebu city and took a ferry boat to Bohol.
Booked my ticket via Klook, recommended. I managed to skip the long queue and went the terminal to retrieve my ticket with the company i booked. Separate fee for terminal fee.

The ferry run was smooth. Seat wise, not that comfortable and the space of the seat quite small. It’s airconditioned ferry, so bring jacket or long sleeve.
It’s not free seating btw.

Booked my accommodation in Panglao Island.
After getting off from ferry, there will be many taxi/guide staff waiting for car ride. I walked all the way to the end, that’s where all the tuk tuk will be standing.

Accomodation: Yellow Mango Resort Bohol
WIFI: Available
Lift: Not available -2 stories resort
Staff: English speaking
Cleanliness: Satisfactory
Pool available for used. Will be served with juice upon arrival. Can help to plan tour if interested-countryside tour and Island tour
Grab: Not available
Location: Good. Approximately 10-15mins walked to town.

Hired a Tuk tuk driver to bring me for Countryside tour. Can just find them along the roadside in town and negotiate price. So here, where i went.

Butterfly Farm
Honestly, just skip it. It’s a small size with entry ticket to pay. I literally walked the whole place in less than 30mins even though i stopped for some picture.

Man Made forest
First glance when i walked in the middle of the road, does remind me of Japan- arashiyama bamboo forest in Kyoto.
So basically here, there’s a dedicated lane where photo taking are allowed. But the downside, vehicles are still driving pass. Get out of the road, when there’s vehicles coming and onto the road again for a shot.

Chocolate Hills
Climb up the stairs to see humps of hills ahead. Mostly was green hills during my visit. It was crowded there but manage to spend time there just viewing the scene.
Oh yeah, went for ATV Ride nearby. Here I get to see another side of the hills. A guide with be riding together to lead the way and help with photo taking.

Tarsier
The most exciting visit for me. Never seen a Tarsier before.
Entrance fee applicable. A guide inside will help to locate the tarsier.
Basically need be as silent as possible. First glance, OMG They are VERY , EXTREMELY tiny, As tiny as my fist can make. But the face are so cute, clinging to the tree branch, sleeping.

Zipline
Skip it, if you have done it before else where. Otherwise, can give it a try. It’s a very short distance even though i did it vice versa. The adrenaline rush disappears like the wind. I’m seeing the view from the top for only less than a minute.

XOXOXOXO
